How do I buy several scripts?+
Add each resource from its product page, then open the cart at the top of the site. One licence per resource is added; you can remove an item before continuing to checkout.
Why connect my FiveM account?+
Cfx.re authentication links the purchase to the account receiving the resources. Make sure you use the correct account before paying. Sign-in takes place on the official service.
Where do I enter a discount code?+
Discount codes and payment methods are available in the secure Tebex checkout. The final total and taxes are shown before you confirm payment.
Where can I find my purchase?+
Check your Tebex confirmation and the resources assigned to your Cfx.re account. If a confirmed purchase is missing, keep the transaction reference and contact support without sharing passwords.
Is my framework compatible?+
Check the product description and the instructions supplied with the script. Versions and dependencies can differ between resources. If unsure, ask before purchasing.
The script will not start. What should I check?+
Check prerequisites, startup order and the first server console error. Read the installation and dependency guides. When requesting help, include the script version and steps to reproduce the issue.
The checkout window does not open.+
Use the Open checkout button. If your browser blocks the window, the Open Tebex in a new tab link lets you continue. Check the status of an already confirmed payment before trying again.
How do I update my resource?+
Back up the current version, read the release notes and compare configurations. Test the new version on a development server. The Update guide explains this process.
